Project Management

Projects are born in organizations for different needs in different areas. These projects must support the expectations of their sponsors, whoever they are. According to the Project Management Institute (PMI), project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques on the activities, in order to meet the scope, timing, quality and resources of the project.

AGR, based on PMI and the experience gained over the years, developed its own methodology that significantly increases the probability of project success, reaching the goals for which it was created, within the stipulated time and within the expected cost, based on numerous work processes, each one with a set of techniques and tools to be used throughout the five phases of a project (initiation, planning, execution, control and completion).

The benefits of using the concepts of project management range from optimizing the utilization of company resources, reducing time in achieving the goals, better control and reducing costs involved and to the satisfaction of the client and those involved in the project.
