Step I – Solution Selection

 

  

1. Planning - Initial step of any project, aims to prepare schedules, teams and make the Kick-off (presentation which officially starts the work on the client).

2. Diagnosis - Using the methodology of processes mapping AGR, at this stage target processes of the solution to be selected are detailed. The goal is to get the desired scope.

3. Solution Overview - Companies that participate in this RFP (request for proposal) will receive through presentations made by the managers of the company all information necessary to prepare the compliance report.

4. Proof of Concept - Once the participants are aligned with the scope required, they should be prepared to present the solution scenarios drawn.

5. Stress Solution - Those selected in the previous stage receive new scenarios, with a higher level of complexity, to be presented to a larger number of participants of the company.

6. Contract Signing - AGR has extensive experience in the analysis of solution purchase contracts, ensuring that the contract represents all the desired scope and the lowest possible risk.
