The first step of the work is to design the decision trees. At this stage, the company's executives, together with experts from AGR, draw the decision tree that will guide the implementation of studies and work.

The decision drivers will be the strategic points that will be detailed in the stage of research. They are usually financial factors (margin, turnover, profitability, etc), Macro-economic (demand, population growth), Geographic (population growth, population density, social composition, etc.) and, finally, related to the client's business (customer flow intensity, parts per service, sales per service, image etc.).
