Process Mapping and Redesign is necessary when:
There is a restructuring process within the company;
The changes are necessary for sustained growth;
The technology used must be renewed and / or amended;
The company's growth has been fast and disorderly.
The company has to know its processes, business rules, professionals in charge of the activities, measure how their result through key performance indicators and to study alternative ways that these processes could be executed with increased quality, using market best practices.
Projects of Process Mapping and Redesign run the following steps:

1. Initial Planning aims to develop a schedule depending on the processes to be mapped.
2. Mapping "AS IS" Process is a survey of how processes are currently structured in the company.
3. We call Process "TO BE" Redesign, the way how process should work, incorporating improvements identified through the processes mapping and best practices. In this step, AGR aggregates all market experience to the process to be implemented.
4. In the last step, we have a Book of processes mapped and re-validated by the project team and discussed with project managers within the company.
