Redesigned Process Implementation

AGR implements process which have already been redesigned by the company or other projects previously executed, respecting few stages: initial planning, process understanding, and the Implementation process itself.

The first step: trying to identify expectations of executives involved in the processes to be implemented; study the existing documentation of procedures to be implemented, for understanding and scaling of the effort need, prepare a detailed schedule of activities for the team.

The Implementation Process includes workshops and meetings, where those responsible for each process are involved. Thus, the questions and strategic issues may be disclosed to all.

Therefore, in general, this step should: organize and prepare training workshops in each process, prepare materials for training, measuring performance indicators at the start of implementation and at the end of the project when these changes are implemented, monitor the processes progress, reduce the role of AGR and increase the performance of managers of each process.
