Strategic Planning

The term "Strategic Planning" is widely cited and heard in the business, but do not always have the same match in practice.

Executives must be highly committed and focused on the discussion and preparation of a Strategic Plan to enable that tactical and operational groups implement plans in an aligned and organized way.
